The Espresso coffee is crafted with passion, brewed with dedication, and served with love to everyone! The coffee cherries are hand-picked at 90% ripeness, and meticulously inspected to ensure only 100% ripe cherries are selected before being washed and culled for any defects, such as unripe beans, damaged beans, or insect-infested beans. The beans then undergo a controlled fermentation and drying process in a greenhouse, adhering to specialty coffee production standards. This meticulous process takes place at The Espresso Processing Facility in Buon Ma Thuột, Daklak.
